Write to the studio about a page. A person reads every message.

Write to crew@myhalife.com. Somebody in the studio reads it. The letters we can actually act on are about a page: a size that the row says exists and does not, a colour that has disappeared, a length that reads wrong, a fibre line that contradicts the label you received.

What we cannot do from Charleston is find an order, change a delivery date or accept a return. Those live with the retail partner where the order was placed, and their help pages are the place to start.
